What is ABA Therapy?

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children learn important skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.

Who provides ABA services?

 Who provides ABA therapy?
ABA therapy is provided by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

How long are sessions?

Sessions usually range from 1–3 hours, depending on your child’s needs and goals.

Can I be involved in session?

Yes! Caregivers are encouraged to observe, ask questions, and participate in sessions. Parent training is also provided to reinforce skills at home.

Why do ABA sessions in home?

In-home therapy lets children learn skills in their natural environment, making it easier to practice daily routines and generalize what they learn.

How is progress tracked?

RBTs collect data during each session, and your BCBA reviews it regularly to update goals and track your child’s growth.

How do I start ABA services?

The process begins with an intake discussion about your goals, completing an application, and an initial assessment with a BCBA.

What ages can receive ABA therapy?

ABA therapy is most commonly provided for children with autism and developmental delays, often starting as early as 18 months, but it can benefit children of all ages.
